Jonathan E. Kroehler Senior Vice President, Consumer Contact Centers

Jonathan (Jon) E. Kroehler is senior vice president of consumer contact centers, responsible for leading the company's consumer contact centers.

Previously, Mr. Kroehler held various leadership positions at Sallie Mae focusing on development and implementation of the corporation’s industry-leading loan delivery products across thousands of school customers.

He joined Sallie Mae in 2000 as part of the acquisition of USA Group, where he led the business design teams for a new loan servicing system as well as a loan origination and guarantee system. He also oversaw the company's E-Business initiatives to bring the company’s loan processing capabilities to the Web and created the company’s premier consumer-oriented Web offering. Before that, Mr. Kroehler served at the Virginia Education Loan Authority, where he held leadership positions in collections, servicing and information services.

Mr. Kroehler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Richmond, and a bachelor’s equivalent certification in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mr. Kroehler serves on the Board of Directors of the Fishers, Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
