Steve McGarry Senior Vice President, Investor Relations

Steve McGarry is senior vice president of investor relations and serves as the day-to-day contact for the company’s external shareholders and analysts.

Mr. McGarry joined Sallie Mae in 1997 as director, investments. He began his career in finance with the Toronto Dominion Bank, where he held treasury positions in London and New York.

Mr. McGarry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University.
