Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the sweepstakes in its entirety, or only the online portion, if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.
- Eligibility. Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. residents who are parents of undergraduate college students (born on January 1, 1983 or later) attending a Title IV school, for the academic year 2007-2008. Employees, officers or directors of Sallie Mae, their parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouses, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. Drawing will be held on June 3, 2007 or as soon thereafter as is commercially reasonable. Winners will not be eligible to win any other Sallie Mae prizes awarded under Sweepstakes. Winners must agree to the use of their names, voices, and likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
