Applying for a Care for Maryland student loan

Care for Maryland student loans are low-cost, low-interest Stafford loans available to students who commit to a career in Nursing in Maryland. Students can benefit from zero origination fees and a 10% loan credit. This is in addition to other money-saving benefits your Care for Maryland lender may offer.*

The Teach and Care programs for Maryland have been discontinued effective with loans first disbursed February 1, 2008. Loans first disbursed before that date continue to be eligible for the Teach/Care benefits in accordance with the program's terms and conditions.
