Graduate students are strongly encouraged to apply for both subsidized and unsubsidized Federal Stafford loans before applying for a Graduate PLUS.
- Social Security number.
- Alien registration number (if eligible non-citizen).
- Driver's license number and state.
- Employer contact information.
- Information for two references.
