DocumentDirect for the Internet Version 4.2

DocumentDirect for the Internet (DDI) is a service offered by Sallie Mae that allows you to view reports online over the World Wide Web. It interfaces with ViewDirect to make it easier for you to view reports. The DDI tool is used by schools, lenders, guarantors, collection agencies, and servicers.

DocumentDirect® for the Internet 4.2 provides a way to create customizable folders, download and print multiple versions or sections of a report without opening it first, and to manipulate report data for easy exporting into Microsoft® Excel.
