The Global Health Education Loan Program can finance 100% of the cost of a borrower's international graduate health professions education outside the U.S.

Stafford Loan

Federal Stafford loans are fixed-rate loans made to undergraduate and graduate students who are attending colleges and universities outside of the U.S. at least half time. Federal Stafford loans are the most common source of education loan funds.

Graduate PLUS Loan

With a Federal Graduate PLUS loan, your students may borrow up to the full cost of their education, including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, transportation, and living allowance — less other financial aid received including Stafford loans.

The Grad PLUS loan is an affordable, accessible way for your students to cover the entire cost of their graduate school education. Students can get a Graduate PLUS loan even if they have no credit history.
