Dedicated school support

CollegeServ is a team of highly trained customer service representatives that is dedicated to helping schools manage the financial aid process.

CollegeServ handles inbound phone calls from any school customer that participates in the FFELP or uses Sallie Mae for private loans. The team is also proactive, making outreach calls to schools to ensure that the process is functioning smoothly.

Borrower call center

Sallie Mae Servicing manages relationships with more than 4.5 million borrowers. Our Call Center teams handle millions of inbound calls annually and receive exceptionally positive feedback from schools and borrowers. The correspondence processing staff is equally service-oriented.

Electronic services

Electronic Services provides technical support to our school, lender, and guarantor customers who use our electronic products or services. Call our support centers toll free at (800) 348-4606 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in the continental United States.

Our specialists use a call/problem management system to track your issues and maintain a detailed history of how we assisted you. Electronic Services is a great resource for your electronic file processing questions.
