Interest rate

The interest rate for Parent PLUS loans first disbursed on or after July 1, 2006 is fixed at 8.5%.

Interest rates that reward good credit and are as low as Prime + 0% when you and your cosigner are both credit-approved and one has excellent credit.

Repayment starts

Starts within 60 days after final disbursement of the loan.
