Postpone repayment on your Parent PLUS loan

Postpone your Parent PLUS loan repayment while the beneficiary student remains in school at least half time.

You can postpone repayment on your Parent PLUS loan until six months after your dependent student leaves school or drops below half time.

During this postponement period, you will receive quarterly interest statements and have the option to pay the accrued interest. If you don't, any unpaid accrued interest will be capitalized.
