Assessment process

The Campus Solutions team will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your institution's needs, goals, environment, and opportunities for improvement.

The campus assessment process

  1. Stakeholder interviews: We talk with senior-level administrators to understand your school's needs and goals, as well as to gauge the “pain points” and priorities of your institution.
  2. Service assessment: We review existing capabilities to ensure that offices are operating efficiently behind the scenes and that students and families are receiving first-rate service through traditional channels and the Web.
  3. Recommendations: We provide a comprehensive assessment document that includes an evaluation of current practices and detailed improvement solutions, along with financial investments and projected savings.
  4. Implementation: We ensure success by facilitating implementation of adopted solutions and assigning an ongoing account management team.
  5. Ongoing results tracking: We monitor success and periodic meetings are held to update, adjust, or refine solutions as needed. We detail the results in a report card.
