The analytics associate program

This is a 2-year development program for motivated, curious analytics graduates to build a strong foundation in financial services through rotations across Business Analytics, Operations, Credit Analytics, and Strategy before moving into a permanent role.


Who we’re looking for:

  • Students in their last year of an Analytics-related degree (e.g. Data Science, Analytics, Decision Sciences, or similar)
  • Strong SQL/Python coding skills and a track record in drawing insights
  • Great collaborative and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving
Applications open July-August

The lines of defense program

This is a 2-year development program for detail-oriented, motivated graduates to learn the inner workings of a financial services company. You’ll rotate through Audit, Risk Management, and Business Controls (8 months each) before stepping into a permanent role.


Who we’re looking for:

  • Students in their last year of a business-related degree (e.g. Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Science, or similar)
  • Strong SQL/Python coding skills
  • Great collaborative and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving

The application process for all cohorts starts in July and finalizes for selections by December.
